Mega Melodies Nursing Home

We would like to thank the management and staffs of Mega Melodies Nursing Home, Kuantan for all the supports and assistance rendered to Mr Chan Nan Hwa, during his 8-months stay in MMNH.

About Chan Nan Hwa P.P.N

Mr Chan Nan Hwa, was born in Kg Seberang Kastam, Kuala Besut, Terengganu on 6th August 1930.

As an active MCA back-bencher, he was conferred the Pingat Pangkuan Negara (P.P.N.) by then Yang Di Pertuan Agong, DYMM Sultan Yahya Petra Ibni Almarhum Sultan Ibrahim.

He left behind 3 sisters to mourn his loss.

1. Mdm Chan Chai Peng (Kg Penarik, Setiu, Trengganu)
2. Mdm Chan Chai Khim (Kg Gong Badak, Trengganu)
3. Mdm Chan Chai Ping @ Ching (Teluk Intan, Perak)

He passed away around 12.30 noon on 14th January 2010 at Mega Melodies Nursing Homes, No 6, Lorong Seri Kuantan 66, Seri Kuantan.

A funeral wake was held from 14th January to 16th January 2010 at F.L.S. Bereavement Care, No E-771, Jalan Mat Kilau, Kuantan

His body was brought to and cremated at F.L.S. Crematorium in Gambang on 16th January 2010 at 2.50pm.

On 17th January 2010, his ashes was brought to and placed in Wat Ariya Khiri, Kg. Aril, Pauh Lima, 16090 Kota Bharu Kelantan.
